‘Milkman style’ local delivery service
We deliver within 7 miles of Thatcham Refillable on Friday of each week but we also deliver more ad hoc, if we are passing etc.
We also deliver within a wider radius, once a month and whilst we are in areas with our mobile shop

Local deliveries are available for orders over a minimum spend of £15.
All deliveries will incur a £3.95 charge.
Collection from Thatcham Refillable HQ or from our mobile shop is free.
We have a standard delivery radius of 7 miles
We deliver using either our electric cargo trike or our delivery van, we aim to use the trike whenever viable, especially for our Thatcham & Newbury deliveries.
Customers further away we can also deliver on………

- Silchester and South East of A4 from Thatcham including Tadley, Burghfield & Baughurst– Saturday 4th
- Purley on Thames and North East of A4 from Thatcham including Tilehurst, Calcot & Pangbourne– Thursday 9th
- Kingsclere, Ecchinswell areas – Friday 10th
- Compton and North of Newbury – Friday 17th
- Hungerford and West of Newbury – Friday 24th
We can possibly deliver at other times if the customer is willing to pay an extra delivery charge, please ask.

How does the order and delivery system work?
1. View our online shop, choose what products and container options you require, fill out your details and place the order in the checkout.
2. We will confirm the order and give you delivery & payment details via email.
3. We come to you and deliver the products in bottles we have pre filled and take the empty ones away to clean out and refill for next time.
If you are not home we can arrange to leave the bottles in a designated ‘safe’ place of your choosing.
It’s that simple and it is not an inconvenience for us to deliver!
Orders must be placed by Midnight on a Tuesday and delivery is usually on a Friday, but this day can change on occasion
